Q. How does the streaming rental system for viewing movies work?

• First set up your free user account.
• Once you find a movie you would like to view then choose the streaming format either Realplayer or Windows Media that you would prefer and the movie will be added to "My Account".
• Once you have finished browsing our directory of movies, click Checkout and you will be brought to the checkout page for completing your order.
• To view the movie(s) that you ordered visit Rentals under "My Account". Click on the desired bitrate and your movie will play.

Q. What software do I need?

• You will need to download Realplayer or Windows Media Player.

Q. What connection speed do I need?

• The streams range from 56K up to 512K. If you are on dial-up modem then choose the 56K, if you have DSL/Cable/T-1 connection then you may choose the highest 512k speed, if your modem is having trouble pulling the picture than drop down to our 225K stream.

Q. What is the pricing for streaming rentals?

• The cost is $8.95 to $9.95 for 48 hours.

Q. When does the time on my streaming rentals start?

• Your time on your rentals start as soon as you rent the movie.

Q. How do I know how much time I have left to watch the movie?

• Go to "My Account" and click on Rental, it will show you when your rental expires.

Q. Can I buy more than one movie at a time?

• Yes, you can add as many movies as you want to My Account and view them at your convenience.
