Why is my credit card/account being declined?
We don't know. We use a third party to handle the credit card processing
and have no control over why it won't go through. They need to get in touch
with their bank and find out what's wrong on that end, or try a different
way to pay. Are my credit card transactions safe? Yes. All our transactions
use SSL (Secure Socket Layers) designated by a pad lock icon in IE and
Netscape. We have one layer of SSL that connects you computer to our secure
server and another layer of SSL that connects our secure server to our
credit card processor. SSL encrypts the transmissions in such a way that
only the two parties involved in the transaction can read the string.
